Harvard University's Smithsonian Centre for Astrophysics' Oak Ridge Observatory built the telescope, using an 84-foot radio telescope.
A typical research-quality telescope is costlier than this new telescope - about 400,000 dollars. So it costs a little lesser than older – says Betts.
