The outgoing U.S. president Bill Clinton will be remembered as one of the most controversial presidents ever. He created history by becoming the first American president in history to be impeached by the House of Representatives. Only because he managed to win at the senate did he save himself and his country further damage.

He has been the center of many burning controversies throughout his term and his mid east peace efforts have always come unstuck and has embarrassed his loud secretary of state Madeline Albright more than once. But the beleaguered president was also one of the most charismatic leaders in U.S. history and always managed to hang on to his seat by sheer resilience.

Now the poor man has another problem haunting him. Unconfirmed reports suggest that the out going president had a biopsy done on a skin lesion on his back to rule out skin cancer.

Also it was reported that his cholesterol is on the increase and the president is actually not in the best of shape that he would like to be - as he leaves the white house.

The medical report was released on Friday after Clinton underwent an examination at the Bethesda naval hospital at suburban Maryland. The biopsy report is awaited and the official word is that there is no cause for concern. Only time will tell us what actually is in store for the Clintons.
