A new survey has suggested that eating breakfast at 7.11 am can help people lose weight. The survey, conducted by Forza Supplements, followed 1,000 people on diet and asked them to come up with the recommendation, said the Daily Express.
Managingdirector of the firm Lee Smith said while losing weight, the main point that people should take care of is not how much they eat but when they do it.
And after the survey, Smith said that the apt time for eating breakfast should be 7.11 am as this would help in shedding that flab.
He also said that the right time for lunch was 12.38 pm and for dinner it was 6.14 pm.
According to most dieters, in case a person got hunger pangs in between these times, they should take only low-fat snacks in later morning or mid-afternoon, he added.
