According to Tmz.com, the 'Fantastic Four' star is suing Belly Bandit for more than 1 million dollars and also demanding a cut of the cash Belly Bandit bosses made while using her name, reports Contactmusic.
As per the lawsuit, Belly Bandit's packaging even features an endorsement that reads, "Jessica Alba's No. 2 Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!"
