Weight Loss Firm Which Illegally Used Her Name Facing Jessica Alba’s Ire

Jessica Alba is suing a company for using her name and image without her permission to sell a post pregnancy weight-loss device. Alba, 30, claimed that she had never endorsed the product and had been listed among a number of people who had used the product, which helps new mothers get rid of baby weight.

According to Tmz.com, the 'Fantastic Four' star is suing Belly Bandit for more than 1 million dollars and also demanding a cut of the cash Belly Bandit bosses made while using her name, reports Contactmusic.

As per the lawsuit, Belly Bandit's packaging even features an endorsement that reads, "Jessica Alba's No. 2 Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!"
