Baby boomers are the worst colleagues that employees want to work with, labelled difficult even by their own generation, a new survey has revealed.

Only 17 percent of baby boomers wanted to work with staff their own age, while 40 percent wanted to work with Gen-Xers, reports News.com.au.
A lack of respect and understanding and not recognising the needs of other generations are the reasons for the difficult and ineffective relationships between the generations.
LMA executive chairman Grant Sexton said having a workforce unwilling and uninterested to work with and be managed by baby boomers could be the difference between a business keeping or losing staff.
