My age is 57, female. I am just curious. I am post hysterectomy and post menopausal. How many calories do I really need per day, eating healthy vegetables and meat, along with exercise of walking minutes to lose 1-2 pounds per week. I have lost 15 pounds, but that was with stopping sugar intake, as my doctor tells me I am pre-diabetic with an A1C of 6.2. I need some direction, and thank you kindly.
