Distance Acuity Test
Try to read the text displayed below on the screen...Step backward
slowly until you are able to read the text. Stand 10 feet
from the screen (About 3 large steps) and test one eye at
a time. This test may be inaccurate for a number of reasons and can
only be considered a screening test. It is not intended to replace
routine professional eye exams. It can give you an approximate idea
of your visual acuity. You may test yourself both with and with
out glasses or contact lens correction. Please contact your ophthalmologist
if there has been a change in your vision!
