- Walking for a minimum of 30 min for at least 5 days a week
- Eating a balanced low fat meal with plenty of fibers
- Follow any stress- busting technique such as meditation or yoga regularly.
Paying attention to chest pain could produce life saving benefits. On the other hand there is no need to panic either, as chest pains can be due to a lot of factors. Creating awareness to motivate the public to seek medical help along with appropriate preventive measures will definitely contribute towards minimizing fatalities from chest pain.
