Hi folks life style affects a individuals health most , Now a days young persons both guys and girls find no time to exercise which makes them to suffer with obesity and life style related diseases like Diabetes, Arthritis, Cardiac problems , corporate life style created complex complications in society. Its High time to fight against all the Menace.
