Yes Then only they can brought up their children with the strong and clear mind. And they can understand their children in a perfect way rather than others. Childrens also will get good parenting & Concentration from their end.

i think yes they really need that coz if u see any other kid wd mental or physical challage u got disturb even for few min so u can imagine about the parent they have to see for rest for there lives they really do need that
