      NOTIFICATION
 

New Delhi, the 18th June, 2003

 
S. O. 704(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Act, 2002, (64 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th June, 2003 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
