Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 30 gm
- Pearl millet flour – 20 gm
- Chickpea
flour – 5 gmAdvertisement - Fenugreek leaves – 30 gm (chopped)
- Curry leaves – 5 sprigs (chopped)
- Green chilies – 1 no (chopped)
- Coriander leaves – 10gms(chopped)
- Turmeric – 1 pinch
- Chilly
powder – 1 pinch.Advertisement - Curd – 20 gm
- Sesame oil – 1 spoon
- Rock salt – to taste
Preparation:
- Sieve wheat flour, chickpea flour and pearl millet flour
- Add other ingredients to it
- Add water and knead to make soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal balls
- Now, roll out the dough into chapattis.
- Roast till golden brown on both sides.
