Elagolix generic Elagolix tablets are prescribed to manage moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis in premenopausal women. Elagolix helps to reduce the symptoms of menstrual and non-menstrual pelvic pain, and pain that occurs during sexual intercourse. Elagolix belongs to a class of drug that reduces the female sex hormones called progesterone and estrogen. It is medically a gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonists that works by blocking the signals of gonadotropin-releasing hormone resulting in suppression of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) and thereby reducing blood levels of ovarian sex hormones, progesterone, and estradiol.

Tafenoquine
Tafenoquine generic Tafenoquine is a safe and effective drug that is prescribed for prevention of malaria caused by Plasmodium vivax and not for acute malarial episodes. It is prescribed to patients either returning or traveling to endemic areas. The advantage of this drug is that only a single dose is required whereas the current drug Primaquine requires to be given for two weeks. It is an antimalarial drug used in patients who are aged 16 years and above prescribed with the intention to eliminate the malarial parasite from the body completely. Tafenoquine enters the disease-causing parasite and releases certain chemicals which lead to its death.
Afatinib
Afatinib generic Afatinib is prescribed as a first-line treatment to treat non-small cell lung cancer , a specific type of lung cancer that has moved to nearby tissues or other body parts in patients who have specific non-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations detected by an FDA-approved test. It is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that works by blocking the cancer cells from multiplication. Afatinib is also recommended to treat a particular squamous non-small cell lung cancer, a tumor that has gone to other parts of the body which has showed treatment failure with platinum-based chemotherapy or cancer drugs.
Tecovirimat
Tecovirimat generic Tecovirimat can be used to treat human smallpox disease in adult and pediatric patients who weigh at least 13 kg. The drug specifically targets orthopoxvirus VP37 envelope wrapping protein. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has certified smallpox as a globally eradicated disease. Tecovirimat has been given a fast track status and approved by FDA as it has a high level of specificity and selectivity against orthopoxvirus, a specific virus responsible for causing the disease. It works by preventing the virus from leaving the infected cell and thereby arrests the spread of the virus within the body. Smallpox is mainly caused by variola major and variola minor among which variola major is a severe and most common form that produces more rashes and a high fever.
