Travel Desk
There are many package tours available. Kindly let us know before hand so that necessary arrangements can be made. The travel desk will be operating at the conference venue on all conference days. Any assistance or information regarding travel, accommodation and car rental service can be obtained from the travel desk at the venue.
Information Desk
An information will be operating at the venue during all conference days. All information and inquiries regarding the scientific programme, exhibition, press, social programmed and proceedings will be available during conference hours.
Arrival Information, Transfer and Shuttle Service
The facility to receive and transfer the delegates to their respective hotels will be available during the conference. The shuttle bus service will operate to pick-up the delegates from the hotels in the morning and will leave them back at the end of the day.
Telecommunication Service
A PCO/STD/FAX booth will be operating at the conference venue during all conference days. Delegates can utilize these facilities on payment.
Technical and Trade Exhibition
An exhibition of dental equipment, dental material, books and pharmaceutical products will be held adjacent to the conference venue, so that the delegates may have the opportunity of acquainting themselves with the latest development in Dentistry. Attractive Discounts are being offered by the trade for all delegates.
Ladies Programme
Interesting programmes and local tours will be arranged for the accompanying spouses, on arrival contact travel desk and register your names.
Participation Certificate
The certificate pf participation will be distributed to all delegates on 30th December 2001 at the registration counter.
