Guidelines For Paper Presentation

1. Each presenter is allotted 10 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.


2. Scientific paper presentation form should be accompanied by an abstract of paper

    in 150 words


3. Only Student Convention delegates & Hospitality Delegates are eligible for paper

    presentation.


4. Best presentation prizes will be awarded.


5. Scientific presentation form should be forwarded along with conference registration

    form to the Organising Secretary at the Conference Secretariat address before

    31st October 2001.

  
6. Acceptance of scientific paper will be decided by the scientific committee of the

    19th Tamil Nadu State in Dental Conference, Chennai. In case of non acceptance

    for free paper presentations, please circle "Poster" in the scientific presentation

    from if the paper is to be considered for poster presentation.

 

7. In all paper presentation categories an abstract series of 9 slides in Power Point

    format may be sent by email (max. 5MB limit) to Chennai2001@idamadras.com for

    the computerized touch screen displays.
