Information

1. Delegate Information
All Conference attendees, including invited speakers, must register in advance of the Conference.
All fully registered delegates will receive the following:
- Conference Bag including the Conference programme, the book of abstracts and other associated Conference materials.
- Conference Badge permitting access to all Scientific Sessions including the Opening and Closing Ceremonies Lunch, Tea and Coffee throughout the Conference.
- Admission to the Welcome Reception at Garnd Ball Room of The Caracas Hilton on Wednesday 28 October.
- Needs should contact the Conference Secretariat in advance for assistance.

2. Delegate Registration Fees
To qualify for the early registration fee, your registration must be complete and payment received on or before 29 June 2001.
The registration fees are as follows:

* Please note this rate is only applicable to delegates who will have student status in
September 2001. A letter verifying this status must accompany all registration
forms. Letters must be signed by a head of department.
|
3. Accompanying Guest Fee $ 50
Accompanying Guests' may be registered in advance using the appropriate space on the registration form. Please provide guests full names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the Welcome Reception.
The accompanying guest registration fee includes:
- Conference Badge
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony.
- Admission to the Closing Ceremony
- Please note entry is not permitted to the scientific sessions.

PAYMENT
|
|
Payment of fees when using the on-line registration system, may be via post for all three payment methods listed below, or via credit card when using fax or full on-line submission. Fax numbers and addresses will be provided at the appropriate stage in the registration process. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.
|

All payments
must be in Bolivares or U.S. Dollars using one of the following methods:
1. Credit Card
Credit card is the preferred method of payment. The following credit cards are welcome: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.

2. Bankers Draft (Cashier's Cheque; Cheque de
Gerencia conformable)
These can be purchased from any bank. Bankers Drafts
should be written in Bolivares or U.S. Dollars, payable to Therapeutics
2003.
|
|
3. Personal or Company Cheque
Payment by personal or company cheque, drawn on a
Venezuelan bank only will be accepted. Payments should be made to
Therapeutics 2003.
