Diarrhea
‘Prevention is better than cure’, more so when you are in a foreign destination! Diarrhea is a common cause of infection, therefore a huge concern for a traveler. . Drinking only treated, bottled, boiled or chlorinated water can prevent diarrhea. Teeth should ideally brushed using treated water. Do not eat from the roadside eateries, which are exposed to flies. Fruit juices or fruits bought from unhygienic stalls should not be consumed. Eat only freshly cooked food and wash hands frequently.
