There are some modifications in your diet which would be helpful in your endeavours. Try �jal therapy� for some time; that is to drink atleast 2-3 glasses of water (kept overnight in a copper vessel) the first thing in the morning. Then have your breakfast of rava idli with sambhar and no chutney / sprout salad / upma but no poha. For lunch have 2 rotis, thin skin dal, subji, chutney, curd but neither pickle nor rice. Do not have any fried snacks, namkeens, samosas etc in the evening instead have low cal digestive biscuits with tea or a bowl full of seasonal fruits. Dinner could be same as lunch.
