ORDER UNDER SECTION 21(1)(D) OF THE INSECTICIDES ACT, 1968, REQUIRING A PERSON NOT TO DISPOSE OF ANY STOCK IN HIS POSSESSION

Whereas I have reason to believe that the stock of __________________in your possession, detailed below, is being distributed, sold or used in contravention of the provisions of section ____________ of the Insecticides Act, 1968 or ______________ of the Insecticides Rules, 1971.
